Playing shortstop tonight for the Miami Class A affiliate against the Asheville Tourists (Rockies affiliate). Ben Alsup pitching for Asheville.

Alsup was the winning pitcher, giving up 1 earned run in six and two-thirds innings. Nola was 1 for 4 scoring one run.

I've seen Alsup pitch twice v. Greenville. He looks good.
Matty Ott is a middle reliever for Greenville. He's inconsistent. When he's on, he's nearly unhittable. When he's off, he gets hit hard. Lately, he's been on more than he's been off.

At the June 13 game in Greenville, Alsup pitched against Ott for an inning. (Greenville won 2-1).
