How many INT's will Mett throw this year? How many pick 6's?

While I hope these numbers are zero, that's just not realistic for a first year starting QB in the SEC. Hopefully Mett can handle all the pressure of the starting QB. The MadHatter also needs to continue to throw the ball in whatever game after 1 of those INT.

INT for the year = 6
Pick 6's = 2

vsNorthTexas 1-INT, vsUW 1-INT, vsAubrurn 1-INT, vsFlorida 1-INT & 1-Pick6, vsUSC 1-INT, vs MooSt. 1-Pick6,

What say ya'll?

4 INTs (@ Auburn in second half, v. South Carolina in first half, v. Bama in first half, v. Georgia in SECCG's second half)

If this happens with our stable of backs, defense, and special teams no one will be within 3 TDs

Going to say about 10...the guy is a gunslinger, so he's going to force throws from time to time. I think he'll have something like 18TD's 10 Int's

I don't think 212 ypg and less than 2 touchdowns per is asking too much.

Not as many as everyone thinks, this is Les we're talking about. Run opens the high percentage pass.

Perfect actually. To go along with at least 250 yds rushing per game and LSU doesn't LOSE. To ANYBODY.

That's gonna be spot-on, I think. Give or take ~3TDs/INTs.

I think he'll be throwing down field more (much less likely to have a pick six).

I say after the regular season Mett has 170 completions on 270 attempts (63%) for 2,430 yards (14.5 ypc, 9.0 ypa) with 20 TDs and 8 Ints (no pick sixes)

Nice stats, BUT I want him to be game mananger type QB THIS YEAR. Just the threat of him being able to stretch the field will make the D's have to respect this and back up a bit. It amazing how poor or qb play was last year and we dominated so much. If he can go crazy and get great #'s, COOl. But you and I both know LES will not allow this with such a young QB. Just sayin.

Kids a gun slinger. Picks come with that style.

I'll say he finishes with 2900 yds 24 TDs 8 picks

That's just a little more than 200 ypg. I'm expecting Les to use the run to set up big plays with the pass.

Not if you include the SECCG and bowl game. That's why I say 3K
