Good zombie game for the 360?

I was watching the walking dead marathon last weekend and I thought about never playing any zombie games. A friend told me he hadn't liked a couple that he had played on xbox. What's a good one?

Dead island was ok. Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 were pretty sweet but they get old fast. The Walking Dead Game you can find on Steam has gotten a ton of great reviews but it's an adventure game. Meaning you hit "Yes" to shoot a zombie or something.

I had a lot of fun playing Left for Dead, especially the multiplayer. Dead Island came out more recently and is probably better, but I imagine Left for Dead is really cheap by now. Dead Rising is probably $5 now if you like the looks of that one.

Walking dead is pretty cool. Very different. Like the old coin op game" dragons lair" but for an awesome zombie TV show.
Dead island is the safest choice. It's friggin sweet. I need to play again.

fricking agree. That trailer was awesome. If anyone has it or plans on getting it, I'm picking Dead Island up next Friday after my test.

I didn't think it was that bad. It just had some really, really aggravating flaws that when they hit you they fricking hit you. For the love of God please run like your life depends on it.

weapons disappearing after a few hits, time limits, and the worst part was that janitor guy calling you every 5 seconds

The time limits weren't as bad in the second one. I do get aggravated in games where every damn mission has a time limit. I like to explore.
