Fish smell in garage YACK!

Freezer was left cracked open and bags of frozen fish thawed out. Fish water/juice ran down on the concrete and now it smells like a old fishing cleaning station in 110 Deg F.
What do I need to do with the concrete to clean it? Bleach? CLR? Please advise.

Bleach might work, try some oxy clean compound on a scrub brush
