ESPN Streak for the Cash

It seems easy: pick the winner of given matchup, have the longest streak for the month, profit.
I have been playing for several months now and the longest streak I have ever gotten is 10. The winner is usually always over 20. I have come to realize that to win you need pure luck. Most of the winners start off hot picking soccer and random prop bets. Get a streak to 15 in a matter of days then it slows drastically.
Anyone else play this?

i play occasionally, i just cant remember to do it everyday. The longest streak I have recorded is either 6 or 7

I got to 18 at one point in like December of 2010. My 18 came at the end of the month...The winner had a 31 game streak!

get the app for it. it will remind you when your pick is over and to pick again.
W14 is my best. SFTC drives me crazy sometimes.

It is the most frustrating thing and a good reminder of why I do not bet on games!
I started at the tale end of 2011, bowl season, and picking bowls is an absolute crap-shoot anyways, so I got frustrated as hell.
I am anxiously awaiting college football season as I think I will fare better.

I've been doing it since it started in 2009 (I think) and I always say I'm going to do soooo much better when football starts and shite never changes and I still struggle at times.

Yeah, I am not on it that much to ever challenge the streak master.
You are probably right about football as well. I am sure they incorporate spreads and what not in it. One of my better runs I was solely picking hockey, the team with home ice. Did pretty good considering I did not know shite about it. Looked at records and went with the best matchup that night for the home team.
I have really cut back and try to be pick 1 a day when I have a streak greater than 2 or 3 games. When I am losing I get into everything I can to try to get one going.

I pick whatever and whenever until I get to a W5 then I try to slow down and make smart picks.

my roommates and I and some other friends all play and made a group so we can keep track of what everyone's current streak is on from the app. None of us ever get near the 27 or whatever you need to claim the big prize, so we all put up $5 at the start of the month and the guy with the longest streak that month gets all the money. it's a fun way to run our own little game.
