Nice article about how the Saints binding together through this.

Sorry if already posted

quote:

We have spent an offseason under fire. The fallout from a situation like the alleged “bountygate” can tear teams apart. Teams without a strong nucleus, teams without strong leadership, teams without love, can crumble. I can assure you, the New Orleans Saints are not one of those teams

quote:

Coach Payton always told us that every season you are met with adversity. Every season there is a point where people outside the building will panic. The media will be down on you, the fans will doubt and the “experts” will lose faith. Those are the times that we circle the wagon, lock the doors and lean on each other.

quote:

When the cards fall down, when you feel like everyone has turned their backs on you, there is only one place you can run to. You run home, to your family. See you in September…

This might be a stupid question, but why are some names in black text and some in what appears to be purple?

Freaking awesome!!! That's what us real fans have been saying all a long.

This reminds me of '08 when the Saints had a little winning streak going on and Drew had a "bandwagon" setup for the TV cameras to see. It had sticks surrounding it to keep people from jumping on it!

Been listening to him on Sports Talk this week. I think hes done a great job. He and Bobby wouldn't be too bad of a team. Kristian Garic is horrible.

I've found Bobby & Strief together on Sports Talk this week has been quite enjoyable too.

My favorite custom jersey I've ever seen Saints #64 with "Is Eligible" on the name plate. Can't find the pic someone posted, but the first person to come up with that was probably deservedly proud of themselves.
