Just a comedy version of the actual story. Team Four Star takes footage from DBZ, and basically makes a new comedic parody of the show. It's not a continuation of the anime, whatsoever.

The answer to this, must be filler. Filler for the show, allowing the major villains to keep their bodies for future encounters. Those HFIL scenes with Frieza and Cell, aren't canon. Same thing for Hitler in Fusion Reborn. It's just another unexplained inaccuracy in the show, and I can live with it.

That's the thing though, those scenes with most of the villains watching the Buu/Goku fight were also in the manga.

Only the 2 TV specials are supposed to be in correlation with the animated TV series. They aren't canon, however.
GT had it's moments, but overall, it was terrible compared to DBZ.

I enjoyed parts of the Baby, Super Android 17, and Omega Shenron sagas. Eis and Nuova Shenron were pretty cool, too.
