I'm sorry the 2012 team doesn't have short white guys like Elho for Jordan to abuse one on one. He'd be matched up with plays AT LEAST his size against a zone.

He'd be number 2 at worst. He's done more in his career that Barkley and Malone

Prisoner of the moment and that's why no one is taking you or your "points" seriously.

When we look back on LBJ's career you won't be even comparing him to those guys.

Care to tell me the lottery numbers future man?

I now can ignore your opinion can people stop saying Larry bird i doubt he even starts if this game were to really happen he was out his prime with back problems noway he can defend anyone on the back court. Magic Johnson was old/ and a year out league he wouldn't be laterally quick enough to check any player in the back court. Charles Barkley is 6'4 Durant is 6'10-11 with long arse wingspan which means uncontested shots. Concerning the front court you act like 2012's front court are pushovers and random guys on the street it would not be that easy like practice layups.

Which is why I went and pulled up some videos. They used a MJ, Drexler, Malone/Pippen, Barkley, Robinson line up a lot. And durant is pretty slow. He'd have to work his arse off for every shot. Looking at the videos just now they were a running team. People act like that '92 team just stood around and shot the ball from outside.

Your looking at highlights against no competition... The teams they played are equivalent to lsu's basketball team now or less.

That doesn't matter. They weren't a slow team. Hell, even Magic and Bird were running the court. There's some kind of myth that the 2012 team is more athletic but MJ, Drexler, Barkley, Malone, Mullen, Robinson, Ewing, Pippen were all pretty good athletes even by today's standards.

Last time I checked LBJ had a ring while Barkley and Malone didn't. Just because a guy's career isn't over doesn't mean he can't be valued for what he is. Name a more versatile defender in the history or the NBA than LBJ. He guarded every position on the floor this year in the playoffs. Hes guarded everyone from Derrick Rose last year to KG this year. On the offensive end he's a walking triple double. If anybody says they would take Barkley or Malone over LBJ they don't have a clue how valuable he is on BOTH sides of the ball. Hes a better scorer and passer than Barkley and Malone ans hes much more versatile on D The only other player that dominated both ends like that was MJ. See I actually use evidence to make points while you just say "LBJ" would be the 7th best player on the DT. That's bullshite my friend.

So MJ could guard every position on the floor like LBJ. He could check PGs and PFs? I don't think so. Again reading comprehension. More versatile was the question.

Guards were on average around 2 inches shorter and 20 pounds of muscle lighter when Jordan was in his prime. I did a statistical analysis on this a while back. Jordan played in one of the weakest eras for guards in NBA History.

ETA: and 50% whiter.

Lebron already has more MVP's and is approaching more achievements than Malone and Barkley and he's not close to being done in his career. Sober Garcia's clueless

MJ guarded John Starks, Kevin Johnson, Barkley, Ewing, Hakeem at some points in games just off the top of my head. Yes, he would even drop down on a center at times.

Maybe on switches from screens but never by design!! LBJ guards these guys and does it effectively. There are literally 0 NBA guys that would say MJ was more versatile than LBJ on D.

Ummm...how does that NOT matter??? The 1992 Dream Team directly led to the monster global competition we have today. Today's teams play against great NBA talent overseas (see Spain). The 92 team played teams composed of players not even recruited for US college teams.

How does that change the fact that the '92 team could run the floor?
