Rodriguez or Moutinho.

Some fans on the official United forum are begging that we go after RVP. But, then again, these are the same fans that want to sell Rooney.

I'd rather have either Rodriguez or Moutinho than RvP. He had a great year last year, but what was unusual for him is that he was injury free the whole year. It would not take much for him to be like Owen. More time on the training table than on the pitch.

Agreed, as a USMNT supporter I would like to see a move for dempsey if we wanted another striker.

so 20legend, are you oping for a lb transfer as well or just a cm?

I think the greater need at present is in the middle of the park, but we do need to address the lb situation. If it was up to me I'd address them both in the current transfer window.

I think a move for Dempsey is unlikely due to his age and his similarity to Kagawa. As an American though,I'd love to see the Deuce at OT. One of my thrills in soccer was being able to see THo playing in United colors at the Linc when United played FC Barcelona.

Agreed. Need another great central midfielder now. A guy like Moutinho is what you need now.

Evra's got a few more years left in him...if you want a quality backup, I say go after a guy like Leighton Baines or even a Jetro Willems. Willems would be more willing to be a backup for a couple of years than Baines.

There are rumors on twitter that we are signing baines to a 4 year deal for about 18 million. I don't think he is great but a decent bakcup for now with potential to grow into a starter. A bit over priced too if true, we will see......

One of the best left backs in the Premier League already.
