I have a south Texas dove hunt planned for opening weekend and will hopefully make another Kansas pheasant trip.

Probably about 50/50 on the missouri and colorado hunts. Kentucky most likely will happen

Christian County, Kentucky - September - Deer - Bow
Missouri - TBD - Deer - Bow
Colorado - October - Elk - Bow

Does Mississippi count?

Going to North Dakota for a goose/duck/pheasant trip for a week in November. Third year going up there.

I travel from AL to TN to deer hunt every weekend of the season.

Yellowfin is going to take me duck hunting in LA too. He just doesn't know it yet.

We go on an annual pheasant hunt in South Dakota and a deer hunt in LaGrange, TX.

Other than that, I'll be traveling to North La every other weekend.

Nope.

School and a baby have left my pockets rather light.

My traveling is done for this year, I may make an impromptu trip to hunt ducks in LA but thats a long shot.

At the moment I'm exploring a few options for turkey next year. Gonna have some info up soon and see if we can line up the First Annual TD.com OB Board Turkey Hunt next Spring.

Where do you go to do this? I'd love to go to S.D. for a pheasant hunt.

We hunt in a little town named Kimball. It's 2 hours west of Soiux Falls. It's phenomenal hunting but cold as shite for a Southerner.

Sounds like some great upcoming hunting trips. I just got back from a ground squirrel hunt in norther CA. We had a great time. I'd not flown w/ a firearm in a LONG time and boy has it changed. If transporting your firearm(s) as checked luggage on your flight, be sure and check up on the latest rules and regulations, both TSA and your specific airline. Not only does the TSA have rules, but the individual airlines also have their own rules that may be more limiting than the TSA rules. For example, the TSA does not specify the maximize size of your checked luggage. But American Airlines specifies the maximum size for checked luggage at 62" (external length+height+width). My old double rifle case was too large. I ended up buying a double breakdown shotgun case to transport my two rifles. Even then, the case was was barely within limits. If AA catches you, they can charge you an extra $200 ONE WAY! AA also limits a passenger to a total of 11# of ammo in their checked luggage. That's just a few of the rules......

11 bullets?

Better be able to get what you need wherever your going.

Eta- especially for squirrels or ducks.
