I don't think anyone here really knows how much effort our guys put in with him, but to me it doesnt seem like much. This staff has been putting in work and I don't think they've been wasting too much time on such outside shots like him.

I'd like to see every 5* in the southeast get an offer, especially a position of need like LB.

I know. I was just covering myself for saying they haven't spent a lot of time on him. You know how this site is where you say something innocent and people take what you say and twist its agenda.

It is surprising how many recruits we are getting so early.

We could start a thread about every Bama recruit if we wanted.

If he was never a player for LSU then there's no reason to start a thread here on him.

Unless of course you want to know why LSU isn't recruiting a five star kid at a position of need from a state that we have recently recruited well.

Really? I know the kid is a stud but we took 6 lb's last year. Would love to have him bit not a position of need.

Historically speaking we haven't exactly stock piled LB's.

What does that have to do with recruiting this year? Recently or more importantly, right now, we have a stock pile of LBs. and very good lbs at that.

I did think that since he played at the same school as JC Copeland we would have at the least had some contact with him. If we did it wasnt much because i never heard LSU and Foster in the same sentence.

I honestly think Melvin J ends up a better college LB than Foster. Remember Melivin plays QB too. I think once he.is able to just be a LB he will shine

That insight would have made the thread more valid.

Scout shows five schools that offered, Rivals shows seven and 247 shows 11. That's not many schools for what's supposed to be the 2nd best player in the country. Not sure how many offers he had but he wasn't interested in most.

Kid wasn't interested in coming any farther west than the state of Alabama. Seriously considered Bama, Auburn, Clemson, Georgia and South Carolina.

Unless you're an admin it's not up to you to decide. WTF does "never a player for LSU" mean?

STFU seriously.
I try not to nitpick on noobs too much, but it sucks to go though threads that are meaningless to LSU recruiting, and lately there are many.

That's why they made the other board on the SEC side.
This board is becoming more and more crowded with threads started by noobs for: EVERY THOUGHT THAT POPS INTO THEIR HEADS.

It's why other boards were started.
