Well now we are getting formal. Ba bid has been accepted by Newcastle and the sides will now meet again to negotiate terms. He will miss the Newcastle game today.

Maybe Torres will decide to earn his check today.

SSN reporting deal is basically done, could be announced as early as tomorrow. Maybe he can get a run out against S'hampton Saturday in the FA Cup.

I don't think that will happen, but he will probably be in blue anyway...

Ba can be a great signing or a poor signing depending on his knees. Also his age should be a slight concern.

The times are reporting another snag in the deal this evening over Ba wanting a higher %age of the agents fees.

I know he has had knee issues in the past but the last two seasons he hasn't missed a single game due to injury and he has been on fire. His price tag is reasonable as well.

So one source saying snag....The Newcastle Times...... and many others saying done pending medical(which I'm not sure he passes).

WTF is Rafa doing today? Mata, Hazard, Cole and Ramires all start on the bench? We want 3 points today FSW.

I'm sure the deal gets done one way or another...

He's a risk, but one you guys are in far better shape to take than we would be... I think the positives out weigh the negatives here...

It's QPR, so maybe he's anticipating the game being put away quickly.

That being said, Marko Marin is starting...

This isn't the Capital One Cup, Rafa.

Guess Rafa thinks QPR has thrown in the towel. Hopefully he's right. Dangerous sitting Mata and Hazard. We already drew these bottom dwellers once this season.
