I don't really like these kind of stats. It could be result of the team not having any other players that could shoulder the load. I bet Charlie Adam had similar stats for Blackpool.

I agree they can be misleading, but I think it indicates that he has some kind of ability. Still interesting to look at.

I agree to some extent, but I believe this goes to the fact that he carried a relatively poor side... I'm assuming most have seen this great assist in the last game of the season, that led to the goal that kept Celta Vigo up in La liga for another year.

Gotta say, the more I see of him, the more I'm intrigued. Not sure how I feel about his potential price (rumored to be at least 20m) but he looks like he could be a good one.

I can't imagine Mignolet being a backup for more than a year. He's a better keeper right now than Reina.

Just watched two more vids showing every touch in the BVB and Juve games...
Looked better against BVB and created some opportunities against Juve. He is quick and sees the field well, but I don't think he has the touch in tight quarters especially in the final third. The guy is all over the field and looks like a fluid player across the pitch. I think physical defenses would really give him an issue. I was surprised he didn't show better touch...the ball seems to get away from him at times and is a bit heavy on the first touch. He does get creative with some of his passing and you can see the potential is there.
Just my .02. Interested in what the SB has to say.

So I know this might not be the most legit source, but BBC and Sky were both saying the interest is becoming more serious. But one of the main things that jumped out at me was the price tag - £25m.
He looks like he can do some magical things, but he still has some developing to do to reach his potential, so I really hope we wouldn't spend over 20. Hell, that's more than we payed for Suarez. I know Rodgers will love him for his work rate, and he could be potentially really dangerous making secondary runs with his speed.
