No, I think they need to give him assurances that he will at least be in the rotation for CF and about 90k a week.

So y'all think Sagna is done after this season and Jenkinson takes his spot? Pretty clear step down IMO, granted Jenkinson will continue to improve.

I just saw Sagna is only 29. He still has some years left, so maybe I jumped the gun on him being old. I just don't know if you can give a player that is injured quite often that much money when he will be 30 when his contract expires. If he had more time on his contract, he would definitely be the starter, but the timing is bad.

Jenkinson played really great in place of Sagna at the beginning of the season. But of course there is going to be step down from a 29 year old seasoned international, and a twenty year old with less than 50 first team appearances (in his career). Jenkinson has to improve his offensive game in a big way. Everything depends on who we bring in to replace Sagna.

The little man scoring with his head...

Also, watch this great commentary by Neville on our attacking woes.

Hey guys. Guess what? We won!

We're in third right now!

And our Boxing Day match is off so we won't be gassed here in the holiday season!

What the hell is happening????

Wenger's got Arsenal back to its diving ways.

And you're playing shite competition.

I knew what the post without reading it! Congrats on being predictable!

Also, was not a dive, but whatevs. Not worth arguing. Considering we dropped points against shite competition earlier in the season, I don't mind a 1-0 draw at Wigan in a steady rain. Certainly need to improve though.

Not to mention Man city barely scored against reading that we put 5 against last week.

relative results etc etc I know, but good to see that when we were struggling to score + 3 wins in a row.

sigh, just dreaming how sweet it would be if Diaby stayed healthy, then remembering he's a broken piece of shite.

btw
anyone know how much Al Song plays with Barca?

Played quite a bit, but almost exclusively at CB, which I'd guess he's not a fan of.

good for him.

Ive been happy with the d as of late. It helps to be healthy. At one point we were missing sagna, gibbs, szczesny. I think sagna will be fine he just has missed a lot of time with 2 broken legs. Def looks a step slow but is still our best option and helps the attack down the rt.

Song also fills in for Soggy Biscuits whenever it's that time of the month.

Heartwarming moment before the match. I just got a new computer. Tried to embed that pic, but it would only come out huge. Maybe somebody can do it for me.

Arsenal going after MCFC executive?

Doesn't seem likely, but that'd be great for the club.

I haven't been the hugest fan of walcott but he was absolutely ridiculous today. Maybe there is something to his CF stuff after all.
