He said if Barca wouldn't have come calling he would have been a Gunner for life. I believe him.

Injury update: Walcott out for a couple of weeks. Gibbs out Saturday but could be back Wednesday. Rosicky and Diaby still a few weeks away. Really sucks that Diaby can't stay healthy. A shame to once again see him in nebulous injury layoff zone.

You were correct in saying we would love Santi.

'Adrian will offer something different to Arsenal' – Wayne Veysey discusses Wenger's No.1 transfer target

Any thoughts or comments on Adrian, Dandy?

I like him, he's from the same early 'finishing' program as Santi Cazorla (Real Oviedo). He's young, a 'gamer', and pretty versatile. I like him, and should do well in y'all's system. He's got big game experience already, has been a regular on younger national sides, and has capped as an absolute.

I'm also hearing that Wenger is interested in Valencia's Soldado. Just saw it today.

Spanish press says Atlético has an €18M Arsenal offer on the table for Adrián. He's already 24 years old (I thought he was a year younger).

Arsenal is looking to close that quickly. Gervinho to the AFC for 6 weeks makes complete sense.

I am laughing at any neutral observer that doesn't think Cazorla isn't the best summer transfer to the EPL.

Hazard has cooled off a bit so I think clearly it's Cazorla at the moment. Who said that?

Ridiculous. Obviously the best.
