I love Lemon. I'm no serious cook, but I like it broiled and seasoned to taste. I don't overwhelm it with seasoning.

i grill it just like mahi, tuna etc. coat in olive oil, season with salt/pepper/tonys, throw right on grill and drizzle with melted butter/garlic mixture while cooking.

this or salt and pepper with a little olive oil in hot black iron skillet. Can't mess it up unless you overcook it.

Get a charcoal pit. Put an excess amount of charcoals in it. Coat a skillet with vegetable oil. Put it on the pit with the flames still going and let it get really hot. Cut the steaks 2 inches thick. Put some blackening seasoning on the fish and throw it in the skillet for like a minute/ 2 on each side. Get a sautee pan. Throw some butter lots of garlic and onions into it witha dash of werchestershire sauce and cookthat down for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Remove fish and pour butter sauce on top.

I normally use a worcestershire, soy sauce, and honey baste seasoned to taste with Tony C's, garlic powder, etc. I let it marinade for about an hour and then baste with them remainder. Comes out great on the grill.

Cut steaks into strips about 1 to 2" wide. Apply kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Roast pecans in a skillet. Chop the pecans and set aside. Roll the steaks in honey and then the pecans. Place in a hot skillet on the grill until seared. Goes good with a little soy sauce.

Cavendar's Greek Seasoning, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Hot Coals.

Or, Mix a generous amount of Cavendar's and Progresso Bread Crumbs, Roll steaks in it and saute in melted butter for a few minutes on each side.

Cavendar's + Any decent fish= win.
