Good call. Their dressing mix is good to have on hand for rice or cornbread. Hebert's usually has it fresh or frozen. The crawfish and meat pies in puff pastry are good, as well. They're frozen. Stuffed pork chops are good. I like the sausage stuffing they use to make those and the sausage stuffed chicken.

You might want some pkgs of crawfish tails while you're at it.
