The thing I like about Austin Rivers is that he's another big name young talent to go along with our big name #1 pick. We didn't just get talent; we got a whole lot more relevant-and with this entire lineup healthy and Monty at the helm, we're a playoff team easily.

Rivers will be a good player, just watch. He has big shoes to fill (I think it will be motivation) and Monty coaching this guy is a great situation for him!

I think that Rivers is the type of player that could be a cancer in certain environments (i.e. Charlotte or Memphis). However, his relationship with Monty is already good so I feel like the Hornets or Celtics were the places he could be the most successful.
