What is the boards opinion on LNG?

LNG is currently trading around $12.50, what is the boards opinion on what this stock will do in the near future? Is it a buy?

Speculative buy. I started buying around 5.00. Niche market, first mover advantage, big catalyst, limited competition which face barriers to entry. I could also easily see them getting a take over bid (I don't own stocks on take over speculation)
Debt is an issue, but they've got good finiancing from Blackrock, Temesek (singapore based co), so they are in a better debt position than 5 months ago. I'd be a buyer below 12.50
Their valuation on a P/sales basis is a bit rich
