Just watched it. It's the story of Michael Oher, Ole Miss all American tackle playing for the Ravens now. The story, true one, is about the wealthy white Memphis family that adopts him and steers him through school and to college. Of interest to recruiting buffs, is the fact that several actual SEC coaches appear in the film: Tubberville, Holtz, Nutt, Saban(LSU), Fulmer and a couple I didn't recognize. There's a funny scene about an interview with an NCAA compliance official who's trying to establish some illegal recruiting influence by his adoptive family who are Ole Miss alums.

Oher was recruitied by Ole Miss.....so Tuohy took him in, to get him in the Ole Miss football program.

Finally, it was brokered into a book and movie...so they made money and delivered the kid to Ole Miss....
