Grading all of the Saints bounty evidence

I looked and didn't see it. Maybe I'm blind and stupid, and if so then please delete, but I found this article interesting.

A 0.563 GPA by Goodell is not very good.

So, a email and some billboard material saying "kill the head" is the only evidence that goes above a F and gets a B?
While I agree with most of his grades, I don't see how he can rate those two pieces of evidence as high as a B. They don't seem very damning to me because they can mean a lot of things.

I'm not going to look for the article, but didn't greg williams use the "Kill The Head" Speech a couple years ago in an interview, out in the open nothing to hide. Then the media "pat y." espn loves it because he's a very quotable guy, not like Sean Payton.

Well this certainly goes a long way in explaining how the NFL obtained 50,000 pages of documents.

I'm struggling to find a joke here, but the joke is the reality of the situation.

I wonder what the evidence is they feel is so damning but the NFL hasn't released yet to "protect witnesses"?

I have to say that the writer's insistence that "kill the head" literally means a hit to the head is baffling to me. It seems obvious that it is taken from "kill the head and the body dies with it," which is not supposed to taken as a literal translation. This saying is so ambiguous, especially in this context. Unless the NFL can go back and count 62 head shots from Vilma, I don't know how this is damning in the slightest.
