Leeds United sold?!!!! Amazing if true and that's a HUGE "if.".

Hopefully, it's not more rumor mongering. It comes from a very reliable source....
Bernard Arnault has now become the owner of, English fallen giant soccer club, Leeds United as from the 19th June 2012. After reportedly purchasing the club from former Chelsea FC owner Ken Bates, who also masterminded the sale of the club to Roman Abramovich in July 2003. He has already funded a £500,000 move for veteran goalkeeper Paddy Kenny who has been brought by Neil Warnock (Leeds United Manager) for a fourth time in his career. (Bury, Sheffield United, Queens Park Rangers and now Leeds United). The takeover was kept quiet for a considerable time with Leeds supposedly already having signed 3 players from clubs that are to be unveiled on the 1st July to keep within League stipulations. The deal destined to be a fan favourite for the long time sufferers of Leeds United is reported to be in the region of £41,000,000.

Well, boys. I just received another text from my friend in the UK shedding some doubt on the story. Like I said, we'll see how it turns out but I've gone from being cautiously optimistic to being pessimistic. These rumors are really starting to piss me off. Looks like the Bates reign of terror continues.....
