good recommendation for inshore or near shore charter in Destin?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a good inshore or near shore charter in Destin? My son is going to be down there with some friends in a few weeks and wants to do one. Not worth paying the dollars for an off-shore trip as they just want to catch some fish and have a good time.
