Looking for a new XBOX multiplayer game

I'm going to have some free time next week and I'm looking to jump into a new MP game. What's out there for the 360 that's good. For the past year and half I haven't gotten to play much. My latest MP experiences have been Black Ops and Mass Effect 3. I'll also be picking up a new headset, are the X12's any good? (never used anything but what came with the system)

What I have, and they work great.
Modern Warfare 3 - small scale, fast paced shooter
Battlefield 3 - large scale, squad based shooter with heavy emphasis on vehicles, although a Close Quarters DLC just launched.
Ghost Recon Future Soldier - small scale, squad based tactical 3rd person shooter.
MW3 might be easier for you to jump into since you haven't played a lot lately.

solid advice, if you're going to just be playing for a week or two, MW3 is what you need... if you plan on playing for a long time, battlefield is the way to go.. i like both, but BF3 seems to be less infiltrated with 13 year old glitchers

I guess another I forgot is Gears of War 3. 3rd person as well. Not sure of the best way to describe it.

The X12's are okay
BF3 is the boss
So no one thinks highly of Ghost Recon FS? I used to love the ghost recon/graw games in my younger days

If you like GRAW then I suggest grab the newest one. Quite fun, but battlefield welllll is just fricking amazing as its always been, but takes some getting used to.
