asking KD/LBJ/coach spo/coach brooks the same stupid questions, over and over, with minimum variation, praying to god they can get some out of contexts sound bites making players(teams?) seems angry/bitter/cocky.

so freaking tired of the paralyzation by analyzation

KD has been asked about the foul trouble in 10 different ways. they just keep poking at him hoping he will say something about the poor officiating. you wonder how these guys can keep their cool and not snap at these stupid questions. makes you realize why bill belichick and jim tressell give(gave) the most dish towel interview on earth-- so they would stop with the barrage of questions

To be fair, some of the guys have article topics and are just trying to get quotes from every player/coach on that topic.

But yeah, a few of them are probably trying to get someone to say something juicy. I think a lot of the foul questions are from Oklahoma media looking for red meat for their fans though. Like the guy who asked the "Are you saying you were mugged" question after G2.

Bill Simmons wrote a column on this subject a few weeks ago. He was talking about how insightful guys like Dooling and Rondo were for the Celtics in one-on-one interviews, but they get so stinking tired of asking the same questions over and over that they just try to get it all over with.

I dig that they have to feed the media beast, but personally,if I never have to see another vapid post-game q&a with some dude and his jock itch powder in the background I'm ok with that.

The place I have an actual problem with it is when college kids have to step up to the post game mic while refs can serpentine away and not have to answer to horrible calls.
