I'm tired of tipping anyone but a waiter.

He gives you the tips, not vice a versa.

i'm pretty sure your fee IS his tip

how much are you paying per hour?
i've never tipped any pro that i've taken lessons with.
$60 for a half hour is plenty tip within itself IMO

Depends. If you really got something great of it give him an extra 5 or 10. You dont know if he keeps all his lesson fees or 50-80% of it.

It's not customary to tip.

I've never heard of it being done before. However, always tip club repairs
