TAF?
I got an email from these guys today. Anyone know if some of our guys helped them get this kick started to raise fan support and such?
Did they really have to call it TAF and not Green Wave Athletic Fund, just a thought.

I think he's a big supporter of NOLA (thanks to Katrina forcing him into that).
...But probably just wants them out of the damn dome. There really is no reason for Tulane to be there.

they should have been at tad gormley all along IMO, except that HS games have always played there. HS games draw better than TU for the most part. (im pretty sure)

He's given money in the past. I want to say he has a building named after him at Tulane. So it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities that he would throw some money their way for a stadium.
And by the way, I don't have a problem with the name. I really hope they get things going. An on campus stadium would help a lot.

it's been the TAF at least since 2000 when i went down there to play... It wasn't started by any LSU guys, just so happens to have the same acronym/initials.
