2 innings maybe? and would he the first pitcher after Eades used?

Uh no. He will probably pitch game one in the cws if we win tomorrow

i'd think everyone is available to go with the season on the line and a week to rest if we win. i'd imagine he would be after everyone else who has a working arm though.

I wonder how many more times this idiotic question will be asked. Maybe Mestepey could chime in.

Sure! Heck why don't we just start Gausie again? He is young I'm sure he can handle it...Relax Eades is solid and he has got a plethora of solid arms behind him in the pen to back him up if he does start to struggle. We are deep in the "arms department", it's our bats we need to focus on...Mr Rhymes needs to be Josh Hamilton (Clutch) esq in todays matchup and we need to not strand base-runners when we do get on base. Focus and play disciplined, mistake free ball. We do that and we will be fine. Personally I don't see us being held in check for 3 straight games. I look for these tigers to get after it today! Next stop Omaha

Lol wouldn't we all...That game was nothing short of amazing...Let's just hope come Monday we can say the same about today's matchup!

Not a dumb question by the OP. I would bet even money that SB trots out their game one guy for a couple of innings if the game is tight. But, no, I don't think LSU will do it. We have too many good innings still in our bullpen.

You are a moron.! NO team, and I mean NO team would picth a guy on 1 days rest after throwing 4+ innings. These kids have a future beyond college baseball. No coach would risk hurting one of thos kids. You need to just keep watching on TV and leave the discusion to the grown ups.

Its happened plenty of times before buddy

I guess stony brooks coach is the moron. Last weekend Johnson threw 250 pitches in three days. To say it never happens is just false. Having said that i doubt Nola pitches

I love it when someone who apparently can't read calls someone else a moron. The thread said IF TODAY'S GAME IS RAINED OUT, which for those of us who can do simple math means Nola would be on TWO DAYS REST. Having said that, with a fully rested bullpen, I doubt we would see Nola, but in no way would it be shocking.
