My god now I know why it flopped. Besides tyler kitsch (should stick to supporting roles) the cast was actually pretty solid, but that movie was all over the place and directed horribly. Just when you think it was going to get better it does a 180. I found myself shaking my head at a lot of the scenes and dialogue.

Yeah it was kind of weird. The only thing it had going for it IMO was Jimmy McNulty playing the bad guy and he even sucked doing that.

I watched it yesterday and the main thing that kept me in it was Lynn Collins. She's hot

Don't understand the hate either.
It wasn't good but honestly not as bad as some people made said. Some of those comic book movies that have made over $100 million the last few years were on par with Carter IMO
