Well frick. I just repaired the house door. My bad man.

i plan on uploading some pictures of the northern village.

i used a photorealistic texture pack. I like it but i dont use it too much as its kindof overkill and sometimes slows down on the multiplayer server.

Isn't Worldguard installed on the server? I never took the time to experiment with it, partly because I didn't think I would have to. I'm in the middle of a move and haven't had a chance to log in for a few days, but everything near the spawn on Dynmap looks like it's fine.

Anyway, the 1.4 update is shaping up to be pretty significant, with the best part being that none of the newly implemented features require the generation of new chunks, so we won't need to start a new map.

Some of the new features of 1.4 (so far)...

1) Item frames and pots - Any item can now be placed within a frame, and then placed on a wall. Once placed, the items can actually be rotated within the frame. Pots have also been added.










2) More food - Carrots, potatoes, baked potatoes, poisonous potatoes, and golden carrots.






3) Cobblestone and Mossy cobblestone fences.








4) New potions - Potion of Invisibility, as well as a Potion of Night Vision (of which the golden carrot is an ingredient).



5) Dyeable Leather Armor (dog collars can be dyed as well).








6) Added corner stairs.
7) All mobs can now pass through Nether Portals.



8) New boss - The Wither. Apparently spawns in the normal world. Has 3 heads, each of which have the ability to target and attack separate objects. Has a ranged attack that can break blocks, not unlike the Enderdragon.

Corner stairs are long overdue

I have confirmed the identity of griefer who damged cowpen and let animals out. After 2 days of chinese water torture my 7 yr old confessed to playing on my id on the multiplayer server. He also confessed to falling off a cliff and losing all my armor and tools. I have arranged for a swift punishment.

If you have noticed other oddities around the batcave let me know, i will put him back on the rack. The truth will come out!

Why is the server down?

I put in a ticket. Will post as soon as it's resolved. Sorry about that. Not sure why it's down.
