True. I wish there was a craft for a plane. Obviously it should be really difficult to build though.

I don't know...maybe I just need to open my mind a bit or something. I've only played on two previous servers, one of which was Vol's server last fall (the other being a random server back in beta 1.2). No major plugins or mods...just vanilla SMP servers. Everyone had to find their own way, collect their own resources, and put in the time and planning to complete a project. If the players wanted something done, they had to work together and build it. I guess that's why it's odd for me to just see massive bridges spawning up seemingly out of nowhere.
I'm only just now coming around to bukkit plugins, many of which I actually like (/back...). Maybe I just need to continue to adapt.

Sounds good. Just don't want or need any issues between anyone. No need for that over a game like MC.

Minecraft questions:
I built a powered rail system and have to use the red stone glow sticks to power it. I made pressure plate rails, but it won't power my rails when hit with a rail car. Help?
2nd question: can you use obsetian(sp?) for anything else besides making a portal to the Nethers? And is their any other realms to go to?

I can see where you are coming from. Someone was going to make a path out that way anyway since the two places popped up. So why not make it look cool versus just one ugly strip of block after block? Make a cool bridge. I mean, if the bridge was there on the new map, wouldn't players run to the end and make camp their anyway?
The only 2 things that I'm concerned about now is what about the other lower-key bridge, and how do I keep from selling my stuff to the rich city folk that come out to my area for vacation and site-seeing.
And Eric already established that we're going to build all the rails manually, which will be quite the undertaking.

Pec, love the LSU Tiger Eye. Looks awesome. I need to see if I can give you flying abilities until you finish it that way you can see it from the sky and make adjustments as you need to.

The specs I have now are 40m high, 36m across, and 18m deep.
Not sure how to do the arch yet (other than choppy block) but we'll see how the specs work after a few youtube videos this afternoon/evening.
It's the project going on just north of the pyramid.

Thanks. I'm good without it though.
I just stack on dirt blocks then take them down. I've only done that twice though. I'm using a pretty easy to follow pattern.

Sweet. If you need any colored blocks, let me know. I have quite the wool collection and factory. I have space to add 3 more colors to the pallet as well.

I'm not even sure how to add colors, but I would bet that some dark blue or dark colored blocks around the top would work really really well.
