what program do you use to rip DVDs to your computer?

i have a new computer on the way with one of the main intentions being to digitize my dvd collection and would appreciate any pointers

download blue ray rips of movies and shows then put on 1TB hard drive then plug into ps3

dont give a frick. i purchased the DVDs, i should have the right to rip them to my computer. no different than ripping a CD

For a full, 8.5 gig DL-DVD it takes about 30 minutes. Also removes FBI warnings and all that shite at the beginning

I rip with DVD shrink and burn with clonecd. DVD shrink works about 95% of the time. Some new releases have copyright protection that throws it for a loop but it rarely happens.

handbrake is what I use for my mac. Works wonders...
