Nope, that's only 44 teams, as in the 30 auto bids plus the 14 hosts that weren't auto bids

I didn't bother counting to see if that was 64 but I think that is just a list of all the conference tournament winners and the teams that were announced as host sites.
If you notice, Kentucky isn't on there.

No, we'll "know" because they will be a top 8 seed and if they win they will host. But the official announcement won't be until next Monday night, per the NCAA release.
Are you telling me the NCAA is already going to announce who's hosting when they don't even know who is going to win each tournament? Because that is definitely wrong. What happens if both a national seed and the 1 seed they are paired against both get knocked out in their regionals?
