I'd say that BOTH left a lot to be desired.

Umps.

Eta: I have a very impressive selective hearing ability.

Umps are always bad in softball. Just bad. The good announcers were probably at other regionals.

REALLY HUH!!! All they talked about was Mizzou. So, lets see, LSU played 2 games against the best pitcher in the country and beat her twice. yep yep yep.

Probably the announcers, it was obvious that they worked for the University of Missouri.

Close but I would give the nod to the announcers. They were sucking up to Missouri the entire game.

Announcers no doubt.

I'm going with announcers. At least the umps sucked for both teams.

I'm usually the person saying that it's all about perspective and the other fans probably feel the same way.

Not today!

Honestly, Lynn Rollins and Ronnie Rantz are way more professional than those brauds today.

But at least you could put the tv on mute. You couldn't mute how blind umps were.

One of the announcers has to be sleeping with that chunky Mizzou pitcher.

Probably a toss up but I'd give a slight edge to the announcers. The umps were bad. The announcers were TERRIBLE!

umps, easily.

announcers are on notice by espn to always play up the big story and favorite in marginal sports like this. so they were just doing their jobs.

umps just sucked arse

I was watching with my family and even my sister who knows nothing about sports and never watches it commented about how bias the announcers were! Oh well, we get the last laugh!

What a great run for these lady tigers!

I did mute the volume several times. After the 2nd game while they were getting ready to do an interview with Beth she told Cara that she brought her luck today that she was her good luck charm. Cara said Beth be sure and tell that to all the LSU fans that have tweeted me that I am clearly biased toward Missouri.

The stupid ESPN commercial was worst and repeated 845 times during the day!!!! You know, the stupid ESPN talking head is trying to relate to the baseball player from Minnesota! Nobody should ever have to watch that thing more than once.
