First of all, I would like to make it clear how misled some of y'all are about college baseball. It's really unbelievable.
The SEC tournament is worthless, unless you are a team that needs an automatic bid because you pissed away your regular season. Those you who don't know baseball but pretend to every may because no other sports are at hand to complain about, this isn't basketball, this isn't football, pitchers need to pitch to keep a rhythm but not too much to where you get burned out.
And for those saying to throw gausman in the first regional game... You should just stop talking and wait 94 days for football season to start before you make yourself look progressively stupid. My uncle is a negatiger and I believe relies on me to cheer him up when he thinks the sky is falling. After the loss yesterday he said we won't win the regional because we can't hit. Then I pointed out that we were batting .339 during the tournament at somepoint during the game yesterday which was 100 points better than the bulldogs.
Also, I believe 8 of the top 15 team. ( and I believe some 4-5 are already out of there tournament and thus didn't play) scored 3 or less runs. Stanford lost 5-4 in 18 innings!!! Do we want that? Hell no. We are the sec champs, we don't give a shite about the sec tournament. I see something great in this team and it will prove to be a ticket to Omaha. Just watch.
They don't have power, they have a lot of heart and know how to win. Their one run game record is great compared to last year and it's this coupled with Ross returning, snickeris staying hot. And Eades pitch like he was at the beginning of the season that will get us far this season. Keep your heads up, the best is still ahead of us, the sky isn't falling. And above all GEAUX TIGERS!

I love your optimism in the face of daunting reality.

Who the hell is saying this....I think that would have been 4 days rest....that's just idiotic.
However there is one concern that I have.......the fact that our late relief is going into June on a very bad note....this is never good but something that can be overcome assuming Goody and Rumbelow haven't just pissed their confidence away by letting sub .220 hitters beat them.
Honestly Maineri did the only thing he could with the staff given the format of the tournament and the fact that the Thursday USCe game was postponed to Friday.

I would probably agree with you if I felt an inclination to wade through that huge block of text

That sentence had me confused for a minute, but then I realized your intent. You were trying to bait a few lurking Gumptards into a brain aneurism. Well done! That was your intent...right?
