Xenoblade Chronicles, Last Story (out soon) are the two biggest, most recent RPGs.
There are some older titles that I enjoyed: Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, and Arc Rise Phantasia. There's also quite a few RPGs on virtual console if you don't mind retro.

Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn is pretty fun as well. It's a strategy rpg.

Second only to Ocarina.
But then again, it's hard to top the greatest game of all time.
