There are a few threads floating around, and when people mention Alabama, shite gets real. Can we beat them this year? I don't know, but I know something that will help me, and more importantly, you...decide how Lsu will do this year. A player by player breakdown, where will we improve, and where will we won't? Let's find out... going to try to make this copy and pastable so everyone can chime in easily.

QB - 2011 Jarrett Lee/J.J vs 2012 Mett

HB - 2011 Ware/Ford/Blue/Hilliard/Michael Dyer vs. 2012 versions of Ware/Ford/Blue/Hilliard

FB - 2011 James Stampley/JC Copeland vs. 2012 JC Copeland/Jeremy Hill?

WR - 2011 R.R./R.Shep/OBJ vs. 2012's OBJ/R.Shep/J.Landry

TE - 2011 D. Peterson/Chase Clement/Mitch Joseph vs 2012's Chase Clement(pronouced Clay-maw)/ Tyler Edwards?/Tricky Dickson

Tackles - 2011 Faulk/Hurst/Greg Shaw vs 2012's Faulk/Hurst/Davenport?

Guards - 2011 Williford/Blackwell/La'El vs 2012 Williford/La'El/D'Jabbowacki

Center - 2011 PJL/T-Bob vs 2012 PJL/Elliot Porter?
-------------------------------------------------

DE - 2011 Ken Adams/Lavar Edwards/Sonic Sam/Mingo/Rasco vs 2012's Sam/Mingo/L.Edwards/Rasco

DT - 2011 Beast Brockers/Bennie Logan/Josh Downs/Freak vs 2012 B.Logan/Freak/J.Downs/Ego

LB - 2011 S. Francois/Baker/Minter/Hatcher vs 2012 Minter/Barrow/Muncie?

And to answer your question. Our defense will be slightly worse, but our offense should be much better.

Kidding me right now?

And LSU will be more talented in '12. We'll see about the teams hunger.

This. I think you guys actually have a passing attack this year, and your D is a little off. Should be number two in every defensive category, possibility of being 1st in Passing D.

They might be more talented but Them being "better" depends on alot of things.

Mainly the team chemistry and desire

No, but I read somewhere they're trying him out there to get play time. It could have been on the rant though, so someone might have to back me up here.
