They have a Palm and Bohanan's on the same block downtown. Both are solid.
SA also has a Morton's in the Rivercenter Mall.
Little Rhein Steakhouse is probably the most interesting as it is on the Riverwalk and has a nice ambiance.
Outside of downtown, I got nothing.

Bohanan's, for local.
Fogo de Chao, Palm, Ruth's and Mortons, for national.

The beef tenderloin at Paesano's is the best steak I have ever eaten. They have a location on 1604 and one down around the Riverwalk.
Morton's is my second choice.

Bodrou's on the Riverwalk. It's been about 5 years since I've been there though. I got the blakened prime rib, wife got the grilled filet. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. They make guacamole at your table and it's also really good. Wr dropped about $120 on appetizers, entrees, drinks, and the tip, but we drank heavily and tipped 30% because the waiter was really good. The only complaint I had was the crowd. It was pretty packed.
