Has anyone ever baked turkey wings or legs? If so, how did you do it?

Season 'em up with the season salt of your choice, put them in a baking pan, just a little water in the bottom, put some aluminum foil on top with a tight seal, and bake at 350 for about an hour and a half.

I don't mess with turkey wings too much. There is hardly any meat and they are full of tendons.

Tons of meat on a turkey wing. Stop at the store across from Baton Rouge General mid city on Florida . Just a block past it on the right. They are huge and they are good.

I bake turkey thighs sometimes. Season with your choice of cajun seasoning and put in oven covered. Make turkey gravy with the juices.
