I admit upfront I spend very little time on the help board, but I know good and well this is probably Germans.
If it isn't that, then it's some "Official" or "Weekly" running thread. That, and supplement threads.
There are easily more personal fitness & workout threads than there ever was for music before that board. I understand the balance that needs to be struck and that the boards need to be limited, but I've got to think this genre gets more threads than the Hornets Board, for instance.

But don't bring logic into the case for a health + fitness board.
1. Health + Fitness board would generate more revenue from advertisements than the Music Board. Think of all the local gyms, supplements, personal trainers, etc. that could advertise there.
2. The Music board could easily be collapsed into the Movie/TV Board making an Arts Board, as TulaneLSU always referred to it as.
3. A Health + Fitness board would actually contain conversations of substance unlike 75% of the Music Board's threads of "Nirvana or Soundgarden: Pick one" or "Do you like Metallica?" etc.

No, PEEEEEEEJ!!111!!! is not allowed on there.
It's an observation board.
We gather-up the actual people on here that know weather, and they get all technical and what-not. They pass along useful information, and we keep the gen-pop out so that the threads stay on track.
We usually keep the in-storm thread on the OT so that PEEEEEJ!!111!!! has an outlet for his drunken thoughts.

Merge the workout board with the music board and call it the "after 2 weeks only 5 people will post here" board
