Snapshot is much better, but expensive

the main ingredient is trifluralin, which used to be sold under the name Treflan years ago...it works damn well at preventing weed seeds from germanating...however, it will not kill weeds that have already sprouted... FWIW, it will also keep many desireable seeds from sprouting...so use it according to the label...

Have never head of it. How is it better? More species controlled or longer control?
