Who else thinks we need to start Grant Dozar or Tyler Moore at catcher? I know Ty Ross has spoiled me but there has to be a better option.

because Dozar has started so many games at catcher in his LSU career and performed so well we need to put him back there

Well everything looks good with Jordy until he throws the ball to second. Maybe Grant has a stronger arm IDK. This can't be LSU best option.

I'm pretty sure if we had a better backup catcher option then PM would have that person in the lineup.

While I don't necessarily support Dozar behind the dish....when a man can't make the throw on a pretty nicely executed pitch out by the pitcher I do advocate some type of change.....of course improvement with the current guy is also change but he didn't show many signs of that this weekend.

This is what scares me about the whole situation.....at least Snikeris may be able to step up at the plate....he has shown some signs of competence there.

He couldn't even throw out the baserunner at third. The runner got a bad jump at second, and Snikeris should have gunned him down by at least six feet

Yep let's put in someone who has gotten virtually no work at all behind the plate this season and working with handling the pitchers as opposed to someone who has been the backup and gotten lots of reps all season.
