Those are all right on the edge--not much wiggle room. Just gets me more pumped for the series this weekend!

All i see is that we are still in line for a top 8 seed if the season ended today!

Collegiate Baseball - we remain # 4 but FSU dropped. I like them!

That's ridiculous to drop LSU that far after this weekend. These guys don't factor in the loss of Ross at all. Ross will not miss the rest of the season. Most of the other teams near the top struggled this week, and yet LSU is the team that falls the most.

Florida State has this figured out. End series on a Monday, lose, then have voters forget about it by the time the next poll comes around.

I'm STILL confused:
Why is everyone still sucking off Florida, with a worse record than us and with a home series loss to us?

They appear to be the Notre Dame or Ohio State of baseball polls this year

Sad thing is Florida State could lose most of the rest of their games and still be a national seed. But please committee, if LSU is not going to be a national seed, pair us up with the one in Tallahassee.

What I think is funny is South Carolina is behind us and tied with us in the RPI and 1 game ahead in the SEC, but we damn sure weren't ranked #2 last week like they are this week

From what I've seen and read about both teams, LSU should NOT be behind CS Fullerton. BA is off a bit I think, but they sure do love Fullerton. Maybe its just me being a cynical fan.

And they shouldn't. Sickness, injuries, etc. are part of the game.

I'm not worried at all about the rank. We need to just win the BR regional and play all out against whoever it is from there. If we are championship caliber, we will win the SC series and we will be fine. If we lose the SC series, we may not be the team we thought we were.
