They actually went 1-2...playing a DH today against Clemson.

ETA: Didn't notice the MD series went to last Monday.

Ah, I didn't look at the dates close enough. Assumed the MD series ended on Sunday.

Thats about right where I figured we would be......losing to that team at this point in the season is simply turrible no matter how you spin the circumstances of the losses.

I'm pissed about Baylor. They get swept by a team with a higher RPI than Vandy and gain on us...

The bats better make the trip to USC. LSU can no longer afford to lose that series if they have any hopes of a National Seed. I hope FSU loses both games to Clemson today, just to see how long the love affair everyone has with them lasts...1-3 and no movement?

It still suxs to think about the fact that if Goode doesn't give up the home run in the top of the 9th its another good weekend series and nobody nationally knows anything different. Obviously us LSU fans know what a struggle we had this weekend but nationally alot of these guys just see boxscores and so we were close to escaping despite the struggles. Thats what is dissapointing despite all the negatives we still had a great opportunity to pull it off yesterday and it didnt happen.

With Vandy finishing so strong I wonder how Vandy winning the SEC tournament might effect Miss St, Ole Miss and Arkansas. Could the NCAA take 8 SEC teams to the Regionals if Vandy won the SEC tourney?
