How do I post pictures that are saved on my computer?

Upload to facebook, right click, copy url, past url in img box.
Or
Upload to a hosting site such as photobucket or imageshack, right click, copy url, past url in img box.

upload them to facebook, then right click the image from your facebook pic, the highlight and copy the URL or address, paste into the box that appears when you click the "img" button next to the emoticons
