Another name to look out for in the 2014 class is 6'6 205 WR/TE Kendal Ardoin from Ville Platte.

Found a Maxpreps page for Kendal Ardoin, Added video for the Catholic-NI prospects.

Visiting our new SEC members in Missouri. Lots of Cardinals tee shirts, Mizzou and Hog stuff. Saw one other Texas Ranger tee but no LSU stuff except for my dad's.

Haven't seen any meth or anyone that looks like a future LSU Tiger Football prospect. I guess that means no future Green-Beckham's have been to Silver Dollar City this week.

2015 Honolulu DE LSU needs to look at while recruiting Scott Pagano.
Told Chris Fetters of Scout he "his favorite conference right now is the SEC because of the way the teams in that conference play defense and their ruthlessness."
Already has offers from Hawaii & Utah. Syracuse, Texas Tech, and UCLA have been talking with him. . BeRecruited profile shows he has three brothers playing college ball.
Two year old Youtube Haka dance video He's the little guy on the right.

the coach is not going to actively oppose kids going to LSU when the kids have no bama offer. the real question is will he ATTEMPT to put them in front of LSU if both schools offer. secondly, its impossible to predict the real impact a coach has on a players decision. the less parental guidance the kid has the more potential impact the coach has. fournette has guidance at home.

no, i just think you are over stating it.

Is that because of coach or the community? WM is a very pro LSU area is it not? How would the community react if the HC was actively working against LSU? Would they just take it or would they call for his head? I gather the HC is very pro LSU, but its easy to be a pro LSU coach at a school in small/mid sized city in Louisiana. Maybe he's as influenced by the community as the players are by him. There are plenty of examples of schools and towns like that across the country, pro the big state school. I don't think there are many that are hostile to the state school. Its an easy sell to support the state and state school, go to the school you grew up watching etc. Its not so easy to do the opposite.

St Aug and New Orleans are different from WM and Ouachita Parrish and there was a history of bad blood btwn LSU and ST Aug. But that has been smoothed out and while St Aug will never be as pro LSU as WM, there are pro LSU people at the school and in the community. I don't think they will just sit there and not push back if the HC is openly trying to steer kids away from LSU just because of his personal animosity or because his step son goes there.

Can't you guys have this argument in one of the "St. Aug hires Saban's Flunky" or "Fournette Favors LBama" threads.

Was hoping we'd try to keep this thread one that people would read for information instead of opinions and guesses.

OK, I apologize for derailing this thread (nice work by the way). I won't comment on that topic in this thread anymore.

I am hoping it will end up being as helpful as Analize That's 2012 list.

I kept up with it by looking to see if there were any new posts every time I came to the board. If there wasn't a fresh under "Last Post", I knew I hadn't missed anyone being added. I need everyone's help keeping it up. If you find any info that needs to be added to it link it & I'll add it to the first page.

Been hearing Devon Thomas might be considered an Oklahoma lean... But his interest in us may show otherwise

I don't want to get into the Fournette bullshite right now but for sake of argument say he isn't coming here. I haven't seen the film on Thomas but at 5'10 190 which I believe to be generous does he really fit into the LSU offensive philosophy?

It would be sweet to watch

ETA: I do feel great about Willis now after reading a few more things on him... aparently when he got our offer he was so excited at a loss for words... He is however gonna visit LSU over the summer and take an official on the Bama game. Ido feel good about this kid

Here's an interview he gave (very humble kid IMO):
