So Turley just want's Saint's fans to grab the ankles?

Turley should understand that Goodell picked the wrong fan base for that response.

If Goodell had come out with appropriate punishments rather than deciding to sacrifice the Saints for the good of the league, I'm sure the many more fans would have asked "why were our stupid coaches so stupid?".

Great post, every time I hear his name I think of this moment! So he sounds like an idiot when he talks about players conduct. I wonder what kind of punishment he would have received from the Rog if he would have done that now.

Personally I would've felt bad if I would've seen actual headshots, late hits, twisted ankles etc caused by Saints players on the field. But I don't so the rest of the league can say I/we are in "denial". I didn't see it so I'm calling BS.

And every time ESPN shows completely legal plays while talking about this I get more "in denial" and outraged. They would be better off not showing any plays at all because it just looks ridiculous.

Turley is just setting up for his lawsuits. He has blamed everyone he can (most notably Drew Brees). He is a has been who thinks he is talented as a musician. He needs to leave this city forever and never come back.

I've heard a few interviews with him on the radio. He's EXTREMELY bitter he's not still in the league. I'm talking like I don't think I've heard someone so bitter about anything in my life. He's looking for anyone and everyone to blame.

i always laugh when they do this. they are talking about us trying to injure people for money and basically being scumbags but every hit they show is perfectly legal.
