I have not seen it in HEB.
Specify which HEB.
I did not see it in 3 Specs I went to either. Sunday- No Specs.
I had a friend show up with some for a Boil last weekend. I forgot where they purchased it though.

thought it was at most heb's in the area
got some at buffalo market a few months ago
i've heard people getting it at central market as well

The Kroger on Shephard and 11th has always had some each time I have been there...but its been about 2 weeks so not sure if they still do.

HEB in The Woodlands on Woodlands Pkwy & Kuykendahl doesn't have it, but the Spec's across the street does

The HEB at Bunker Hill and the Specs before that on the frontage road have it. Also, Boneyard Drinkery always has it if you want to drink it at a bar.
