Yet another golf thread.

But does anyone play an Adams Fairway wood? One of the Speedline perhaps?

I play the Adams f11 titanium 3 wood. I really like. Sold feel and great distance. I bought b/c it had a good shape to my eye. Some clubs just don't fit my taste.

I have such a love/hate for my fairway woods, I either hit them perfectly and pull off incredible shots, or it's just the ugliest thing you've ever seen

I play with a Cleveland 3 wood and like it, it is kind of tough to hit so I usually stick to my Adams hybrid.

Don't think you can go wrong with Adams with ANY of their fairway woods/hybrids. All their other stuff is meh.

I play a Cleveland HiBore 3. It's the best fairway club I've hit since I ditched my old Hogan woods. It's long and very controllable.

Word of caution though. Unlike a lot of metalwoods out there, the HiBore has some weight behind it. You may not want to go that direction if your driver and other clubs are a lighter swingweight.

I play the Adams Superblack Hybrid 17d, which I look at as a 4w or 5w. It's the most solid club in my bag! That's saying a lot b/c I play the 910d3 driver, 910f fairway wood, AP2 Irons and Vokey Wedges.

That being said I don't care for the Adams "fairway woods".
