ok guys, don't get on me for this if it was already posted or just plain ignorant but...

Everyone's saying there is no evidence of BountyGate, and coaches and players have been suspended for evidence that might not exist. There's audio of Greg telling players to injure opposing players but he doesn't offer any money in the audio, he just tells them to basically hit them where it hurts which I think other defensive coaches do. So can the NFLPA, Sean Payton, or suspended players sue Roger Goodell and win because of the lack of evidence?

This is a company, not the Federal Judicial System. You have no rights, you play by their rules. If you don't like the rules, no matter how unclear and wrong they are, you can abide by them or go to the arena league.

You are not innocent until provent guilty. You are guilty automatically in the court of public opinion, until you are proven innocent. But by then the public doesn't give a mouse sh*t.

Get used to it, or stop watching the NFL. But I don't follow the Saints because I care about the NFL, I just care about the organization until they have to abide by the National Flag Football League's rules.

Not when you are part of a union. I wish my company had one.

Not me. I take an economist's view on unions.

I work for a BIG company that does not have a union, and I see employees getting the shaft every day.

Having several family members that retired from GM, as hourly workers, I see both sides of the coin.

My uncle stayed drunk 7 days a week, to the tune of 70k per yr back in the mid 90s. He was on the clock 12 hrs a day, even though he hung out at the bar. He wasnt retired a month when the drinking finally took out his liver.

My mom never missed time in her 30 yrs save when my step dad passed. For several months she was totally out of it. She has been retired for 8 yrs or so now, and has all types of physical issues related to her time working the assembly line.

It is a shame for all the good Unions actually provide, they also help some to screw the system. If these guys are innocent, then I would hope the Union does indeed help them.

That said, I doubt they are so "innocent".
